Mystery Shopping is a process in which a staff of us visits the hotel or your guest house as a guest with the objective of measuring the quality of guest experience.
Unlike the genuine guests we observe every aspect of the procedures and process of the hotel from all the points. How your staff is behaving and how well the guests are taken care of.

- How guests will be greeted
- What is the maximum acceptable waiting time in the check in process
- How comfortable and smoothly guests are welcomed and taken to their room
